    Thumbs up Level 28 Guild for Sale

    I am looking to have someone take over my level 28 guild.

    My points of interest are as follows for this is what I am looking for:

    * Turbine points
    * Flawless Red Dragon Scales
    * Flawless Green Dragon Scales
    * Platinum Pieces

    Of these items; they may be mixed as offered. (Make me an offer)

    This is a good way to get a little head start on building a GREAT and new empire on DDO ladies and gentlemen without starting from ground zero!!!

    You may contact me via e-mail at: hitz4u@yahoo.com
    or... send a tell to my tune "Jeezozynus" or DDO mail

    Hear from ya soon!

    Question

    How do we know you did not contribute the most renown to this guild? So once sold we can be ok with the purchase. But being that you are guild leader brings up a Red flag!

    How can you prove that this purchase will keep the guild at level 28?

    Do you plan on leaving the guild once sold?

    If you leave the guild and you do indeed have for example: 80 percent of the renown, when you leave it, it will drop 22 levels if you leave on bad terms, what level will it be if you leave on good terms?

    Just some questions that make sense.

    I dunno.

    Did you just join the guild and are now guild leader because of some sort of mutiny? In which case brings up conspiracy theories that must be asked.

    Besides what Zorth just said...lvl 28 is not that hard to get, especially if you have a small account so I think it would be prudent to just buy one and start from ground zero than give you items that are worth more than a small guild.

    The worst case scenario is that the seller's departure from the guild would cost 25% of the current total renown

    The most likely scenario is that the seller's departure would cost 10% of the seller's renown contribution which is less than the guild's current total renown.

    Above guild level 25, there is some decay in the amount of guild renown, but there is no decay applied to the renown contributed to a guild by a character. It is possible for 10% of contributed renown to be more than 10% of a guild's current total renown.

    If the guild was just barely level 28 (1,097,600 renown), losing 25% of its renown would put it at 823200, which is guild level 25.

    It's more likely to lose not more than one guild level when the seller leaves guild. A 10% hit from a just barely level 28 guild leaves it at 987,840 renown, which is still guild level 27.

    The Recent Departure penalty to Modified Account Size does reduce renown earning efficiency for two weeks, but it shouldn't be a show stopper, and the guild won't decay below level 25.

    The amenities lost by slipping from guild level 28 to 25 don't seem to be huge, either.

    Level 28 IS ground zero. Not worth a dime.

    Thumbs up My reply to the concerned...

    Thank you all for your concerns and reply. I am a very fare and fun person in the world of DDO. I don't intend to cheet or do anyone wrong. I don't know what is a good and fair offer so that is why I am posting and hoping some feedback from you guys.

    The answere to your concerns of the guild level dropping is simple: I am the only one on the guild, therfore, it will sustain at that level.

    What would happen is, I will transfer ownership to who would be getting 28 guild, and you see for yourself that the level stays 28.

    I did build this guild by myself and it took me some time. Perhaps it is easy to SOME ppl who are on 24/7...then this is simply not for you.

    Hey, you guys here at DDO are my virtual fam and I love everything about you all because you are what makes DDO

    Thank you again and please help for I am only try'n to get rid of what I am not using any more.

    you may also see my alt tunes Childagod, Boogeeman & Reezon "and we can also talk about what a level 28 guild ship is wort"

    Thank you,
