Help!
I decided to buy the Expansion pack while it was on sale for $24.99. I accidentally added an extra one to my cart and inadvertently bought two copies. I tried to get a refund via the form on the help page, got a response saying I needed to call Turbine and the number they gave me doesn't work.
Has anyone else managed to figure out how to get a refund from them? Everyone just seems to be shuffling me off to somewhere else.

Right from the support site
This appears to be a new number. If it doesn't work, search for posts by Victorie and you should be able to see the support number in the signature.
