Default Fey favor not working on spells: known issue?

Just unlocked Shiradi Champion the other day and I've been testing it out. So far, I don't know if I've just been unlucky but I've never been able to accumulate fey favor on spells even once. The text says that it can be gained by either
    a) rolling a 20 on any of your ranged/thrown attacks. Or...
    b) 7% of the time when casting offensive spells.

So far I've tried casting rune arm spells (toven's hammer and force shot), tactical detonation, and prismatic strike and NON of them have landed me even one level of fey favor. I haven't tested wands, scrolls or other offensive spells but so far it seems like non of the spells available to my artificer are landing any fey favor.

    Is anyone else seeing this?

    Update:

Nvm, this thread seems to answer the question for me https://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?p=4558512

This is definitely a bug that hasn't been solved yet

    Default What?

I definitely get fey favor procs on my sorc in the shiradi destiny, and use the rain of arrows constantly, which requires fey favor...

Hmm, do you know which spells trigger it the most? I spent about 20 minutes casting spells on a training dummy then another 10-20 in the cannith manufactury. All to no avail

There was an issue with this previously that we believed we had solved. If there is another or remaining issue here, we don't really know enough about it to fix it at this time, so any information is helpful.
