    Default Supah-Twink W/ Cannith Crafting!

My crafter is at 127, 125, 127 at the moment. Very useful for crafting a bit here and there for my TRs.

I recently found myself needing a low level character to run with lowbie guildies and my GF. A toon that I could leave "permanently" at 7 (I have access to VetII). I have 12 character slots with 4 of them unplayed (but playable) toons that become mules.

One particular crazy chimera of a mule "Kornbeef" (1Ftr,1Wiz,4FVS) had been played just enough to get Coin Lord Favor.

After doing a massive inventory sell-off, decon and toon delete I decided to re-roll Kornbeef into a lowbie runner that could be fun to play, have survivability some speed.

I settled on a HORC 1Barb/6FVS. Took Toughness, PA, Emp Heal Spell Feats.

After the build I began the gearing. It was fun and I must say I don't do this every life with every toon due to the limited availability of mats and play time for xp.

The thing is you really don't need anywhere near your crafting levels to achieve that. I have given up on trying to keep my TR's twinked just because I can't be bothered to write down what I want and after 3 swaps to my crafter I want to go insane. Even just twinking at a couple of levels is a really awesome thing though. I tend to hit lvl 1
lvl 5(tr bank) lvl 7 crafter and then lvl 9 and/or 11 tr bank and crafter depending on if I have Titan/Von loot on the
character. Between crafting and raid loot you really end up about 3-6 lvls above what you should be power wise.

This also explains IMO why there are so many people complaining about lack of healing. When everyone was
leveling first life toons self sufficiency meant having some poison/curse/disease pots. Nowadays self sufficiency
often means "Be able to solo survive/solo win the quest on elite with a full party". Not a big deal if you have
been power gaming for a couple of years and are on your umpteenth life, but completely insane if you are an
    actual new player.

    Just my 2 copper,
    Rawel

    Default Yep

Most of the gear doesn't take the crafting levels I've achieved. So far my goal crafting-wise was to craft Flexible Deathblock Shards JIC.

Alot of the gear is also BTA and can be swapped out or recrafted on.

And honestly my (current 8th life) main's crafting levels are under 45 in every school for convienience and usually suits my needs if I need a new low/no ml weapons at the start of the next life and don't feel like swapping toons.

I find the lack of lfms is due in part to sweeping game changes *however* I also noticed a lack of people that are *actually* willing to do quests on a more forgiving difficulty setting in order to adventure through and learn the the quests themselves.

Basically, you can wait on an lfm to pop up, swapping toons for hours and finding that every lfm you swapped for has filled (like I've done many many days).

Or figure em out solo. Concentrate on the here and now and not the goal. Hop into LFMs that look tasty when you can but be self sufficient (I don't mean carrying pots either). Self sufficient for your own game play and not reliant on the LFM.
