    Default Do you not want my money?

    Twice now, I've subscribed for three months via Paypal and the next day I'm listed as a Premium player. It says "ATTENTION: One or more of your subscriptions has been suspended or downgraded from VIP status due to non-payment. Please click “Resume Subscription” to restore the subscription`s former Active or VIP status."

    AND YET... when I go into Paypal, I see it listed as a valid recurring subscription. What I did the first time this happened (and am about to do yet again) is cancel it and then sign up again. I won't do this a third time. I use Paypal to pay for various subscriptions and have never had this sort of thing happen before. It's frustrating.

    You will need to contact PayPal for more information on why your payments are failing. For privacy reasons, the folks at Turbine Account Support do not have access to that information.
