Returning Player Missing Chars and short pswrd.

I was on Thelanis. I had several characters. Were my chars deleted?

Also, my password is only 7 digits long yet to get on Turbine Account Management it says I am suppose to have more than 8 digits.

Are vip or did you buy more character slots? If not you will be limited to accessing 2 or 4 depending on if your premium or f2p also make sure about the server as to the password issue you may need to call customer service

I was f2p. My account is not showing one single character.

I'm not bothering with paying a phone charge to "call" anyone. I'll communicate by email if they would have me but Support has a zillion ways to off track your question and fit it in a nice neat compendium that they can handle; none of which come anywhere near answering, "Did you delete my characters?" Of course it is assumed I'm as stupid as a five year old and would not look at the correct name and password, account, or server. Because I have to be the idiot here. There is no way I might actually have a legit case.

I don't know why I'm bothering. I logged in, my chars were gone. The answer is obvious. I get treated better by crappy f2p games. I could go back to Gaia Zomg my char will still be there. Go to Mabinogi my chars are all there after being gone five years. Return to PWI for Forsaken World, I get showered with gifts in my mailbox and the Auction House has sold items for me. Haven't logged in for more than a year. Come back to DDO. Nothing. Guess I start over from scratch until Otherland or ArcheAge gets here. Then I'm dumping everything that associates with Pando Media Booster and moving on.

I doubt that its anything to do with whether you are F2p or not. Turbine doesn't tend to delete characters no matter how old they are.

If you contact Turbine, you may be able to find out when they were deleted and you can ask them if they can be undeleted. Even after confirming that you want to delete a character, it can sometimes be retrieved by Turbine.

Sorry I'm tired it's late been searching all day for any other possible account I could have been under. I finally found it. It occurred to me that my posts should also still be here but I didn't see them so I kept up with entering any and all emails / names in the password change section of Turbine account management. Somehow Turbine let me use the same email for two accounts. Turbine lets me use a password that is less than 8 digits for this account. That was confusing because I know what passwords I use for 6 digits accounts, 8 digit accounts, etc.

Anyway, I have my chars back. I'm a happy noob now. Thanks.
