Nice yea was gona get a similar score today, but i dont have completions or +4 tome so I'll let you. And yea do the shiraids thing for 80+ cha, it works fine and fully stacks (counts as Royalty bonus properly)

And yea you dont need to swap destiny at a shrine (which u cant).. no need anyways, you can use tea with the queen in public area. Just do it in eveningstar tavern.

You might lose a cpl for stuff u cant use in publics areas. But not much I cant think of isnt allowed in a tavern. Maybe just taken cookie and masked ball? Either way, the +10 is more then youd lose.

Edit: Oh yea one more tip of something I was gona do too but ill let you:
Go to kings forest. die on purposes hehe. Take druid with you, ask for reincarnate, it has a chance for +2 racial bonus to cha. Should fully stack. Keep dying tell you get it. Eat taken cookie before you leave. Then go to ship for +2, then tavern for shiradis, then swap destiny. The timing would be tight and lots of luck required, but records aren't always easy =)

That is insane CHA! But did you really LR just to get a record? That's crazy.
Taking two feats for CHA, if on purpose, is a waste.

Also, how did you fit litany and insightul +3 Cha, or +8 Cha depending on which version of the robe you wearing? Those bonuses only come on the trinket and the robe. So you could not be wearing both litany and trinket.

I see, your math is wrong. You have a total of 78 on your breakdown but you only have 76.
