I just capped my sorc and want to take either magister or draconic incarnation, but as i was FVS last life i chose exalted angel with splash of unyielding sentinel. My question is how do i choose magister or draconic when exalted is my active destiny? Is their a way to change to another or do i have to take some pts into the ones before magister toget there?

You will have to work your way over to it. Turbine doesn't let you have a new Destiny each time you cap. They have you start from where you left off last life.

Yah, and I was ****ed about it at first.
My past life was bard, and he had started (barely a rank) in Magister.
My current life is Tempest, and I was stuck in Magister because of this design.
I have to say, I started taking all the defensive ED's and was immediately ecstatic!
Look closely at odd synergies where your class doesn't match the ED - I think the BEST use of these are to mix and match vs. follow what you might initially intuit the purpose of the ED was.
