Tempest Spine loot

So i read on some patch/update notes (can't remember the number) that the named items in Tempest Spine were being updated, i thought it was cool since i was almost at level for running it with my static group.

Now, after 4 elite runs i feel kind of underwhelmed having found only this:

I think this is a raid item since it has red border but ... oh well let's say the stats are what they are ...

Anyone found something named usefull in Tempest Spine yet?

XP and Maelstom are the only things I find useful in Tempest Spine.
