that's not bad. I got one for 10 reds flat just a few days ago. they had just pulled it from EE deal and the demon.

I asked around a bit before putting up this thread and I was quoted from 8 to 12 scales by various people.

But that was for any +4, and I think there was another thread which mentioned someone bought DEX one for only 4 FRDS. It could have been on one of those other servers, where +4 tomes rain from the sky like candy.

It would be nice to have a sense of how many there are in circulation. In groups, I've heard people talking about pulling them, but they seem pretty rare, and not using them seems rarer still. Hard to put a number on it though.

I suspect if I'd been trying to buy it for any other stat the price might have been higher, or I might not have even found a seller.
