Character bank

This is my third idea to address character storage issues.

First was player housing, second was bt "character name" instead of btc.

My third idea:

Let us buy many more character bank tabs. Make it two or three tiers of tabs. Turbine would make a killing on them, I'm sure.

Limitations would be: Beyond the tabs that are currently available, additional tabs are only available after TRs. One additional tab per TR. Completionists could have a maximum of 13 extra tabs.

A nice addition to these "special" tabs could be the ability to put cache items into them and have them lock. So after TR they wouldn't be put in your cache, they would remain in the tab, making sorting gear much easier.
