Ring dissapeared.

Hello, some minutes ago i tried to pull an Encrusted ring(nothing crafted on it) out of my TR cache but i forgot to put in the bank the one i was already carrying and it disappeared.Is there a way to recover it? I even tried to send a ticket but i guess tickets are bugged too.

One place to look is your mail. It seems sometimes these items get returned from Lost and Found

Talk to a vendor and check the "Buy Back" option (check you don't have the item in the inventory already, so it doesn't conflict with another copy of the item). It allows to get back items you destroyed (i.e.: moved out of the inv) so it might work.

I've been checking the mail all the time and i checked the buy back list too.

This happened to me recently with the Eternal Cure Wand from Catacombs. It's a bug where exclusive items don't return to the shared bank (and possibly TR cache if it shares any code) if you already have one on your person.

Put in a ticket and a GM should mail it back to you under the title "Lost and Found". I thought I saw this fixed in the list for the previous patch/hotfix we just had but maybe it's not fixed fully, or a different bug.

Probably the fix was specifically for the shared bank.

this happened to me recently, the exclusive item was mailed to me from lost and found.
