Monk active pastlife evasion

Suggest this be upgraded to improved evasion if you already have evasion. If you already have improved evasion give the user some type of saves buff instead.

it's a feat that you choose. nobody forces it on you.

if you already have evasion, don't choose the feat.

alternately, if you're a monk, well... you're basically getting a different bonus out of the feat that nobody else gets. so i still don't really feel a ton of sympathy for you. you chose a feat that adds bonus damage to you that doesn't add bonus damage to any other class, so... the fact that the evasion clicky isn't useful to you is kinda beside the point. frankly, the evasion clicky isn't useful to the vast majority of other classes, period. ever. as a monk you at least get something worthwhile.
