Default "your transaction cannot be processed"

So I was just trying to buy the 20$ TP bundle on the DDO store. It told me "your transaction cannot be processed", so I tried a few times......

Will this cause the DDO store to buy the point bundle multiple times, and will I be able to reverse this if I call customer support?

I had the same thing. I assumed that my stored credit card details were wrong, so I tried again with PayPal. Both times the DDO store told me the transaction could not be completed.

I have got an email from PayPal saying that Turbine started a transaction, but that they have not taken any money, so I think that Turbines back end for processing payments is borked.

No whether I get charged for both transactions at some point in the future I have no idea, the DDO Store interface is fairly user abusive when it comes to letting you know what state your transaction is in.

    Unhappy

    Same boat

Tried to buy the 11k point bundle and had the same issue. Assumed my CC info was outdated so I tried another CC. Same issue with 3 different cards!

I hope all three don't get rung up or I'll be in DEEP doodoo with the Mrs.

Makes it tough to take advantage of the point bundles when Turbine can't process my order.

Also had a guildie trying to buy TP at the same time and was getting the same error.

    Oh well
It's better to forget something you have done, than to remember something you haven't.

I had the same problem. After calling my credit card company I realized the problem was Turbine. Called Turbine account services (took forever to find the phone number) and manually placed the order over the phone and they applied the points.
