Epic Hard Sorc build

Hey guys, I'm about to hit lvl 20 again on my Sorc and I am wanting to LR as I don't feel like I've built my sorc correctly. This is his 4th life, 3 wiz PLs so I have 36 points available. I am planning on staying at cap to farm out EDs and finish some gear before TRing again and I could really use some help on how to build a decent Sorc for Epic Hard questing.

Any and all help is welcome, such as starting stats, feats, savant line, spells and maybe some sorc gear that I should be aiming for. This is the first sorc i've played but I'm pretty experienced in casting, having gone through 3 wizard lives but I know they play much different.
