    Default Shiradi enhancements

I'll be Shiradi eventually. When that happens, I'd like for my spell power enhancements to actually work on the various random Shiradi procs. To make that happen, do I need to pump every type of spell power enhancement or do I need to pump the enhancements that actively apply to the spell that I'm casting.

For example, if I'm casting Magic Missile (force damage) and I get some bonus sonic damage. Do I need Sonic enhancements to pump the Sonic damage or will Force enhancements pump it up?

All damage lines are useful even beyond the random 1d100 procs. Fire is useful for meteor swarm and fire proc, ice is useful ice storm CC and acid is useful for fog and the acid proc. Unfortunately, you don't really have enough AP to invest fully in all, but you should have at least one point in all lines.

What about items like the Blasting Chime, do they work on the sonic procs?

No, it's not a good item for shiradi, except possibly as a walmart item. The superior sonic lore doesn't work, as according to teth, crits are based on the element of the spell being proc'ed off of. You'll want to be using planar conflux for the +15 spellpower set bonus.

max force dmg and crit chance and dmg, max electric and cold dmg, and 1 pt in the rest of the dmgs (unless you can afford max fire dmg) IMO.

Force enhancements affect both ice storm and meteor swarm.

Sorry this is getting a bit off topic.
Meteor swarm is affected by Force?
I think I've read everything so far when it comes to meteor swarm - fire, laceration, acid, force (and only the highest portion counts for both damage types?!).
Also the caster level gets affected by various stuff - funnily I'm a air savant and get the penalty on caster levels for meteor swarm. But then there are people saying it's not affected by caster level at all.

I guess I just stop to care about this spell, worst case I have it covered by 80 potency + major arcane lore

I think this was changed sometime semi-recently, and multi-element spells now use different enhancements for each part of the spell.

So the force enh affect the bludgeoning part of the spells, yes, but not the cold/fire part.

    It makes sense I guess.

    Acid? No. The others; yes.

As an Air Savant, Meteor Swarm should not be influenced by your PrE at all. An Ice Savant might see the negative level check applied in the combat log, but uniquely among all damage spells, Meteor Swarm has no X damage/level component. So even if the penalty is applied, it doesn't actually do anything.
