Advice on Monk Ninja Spy with double Envenomed Blades

I've started playing DDO again after a long hiatus. One of my stale toons is a 32 pt. human monk19. Not particularly well geared.
The toon I have been refreshing myself with managed to acquire 2 Envenomed Blades and I just noticed the Ninja Spy prestige class lets monks use shortswords. Was thinking about a lesser reincarnation to take advantage of this. Any suggestions on how to structure the rebuild?

envenomed blades aren't that good on a pure dark monk, since you can't use Touch of Death. You're much better off with a pair of vampiric stone dust handwraps. They lasted me until i got grave wrappings from eveningstar chain

If you're looking to LR though, wis based dark monks in greater wind stance look good

Shortsword-based monk builds can work well, but they're not optimal. Still, if you want an idea for something that can be fun have a look at my build here http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=369260 it could probably be adapted nicely for you
