Missed out on triple bonus points?

I purchased the $99.99 points bundle today at about noon est and just noticed the triple points on the ddo store. Did I really just waste $40 of that by buying them a tad bit too early in the day? Don't suppose there's anything that can be done, eh? This blows. Perhaps someone could pass me a little cheese to go with my whine so I can get the sour taste out of my mouth.

I'll agree you could try calling. For future reference new sales (almost?) always start on Thursday so you should always wait to see what they are unless the item you want right now is already on sale.

Wow, somehow I totally missed the post at the top about account support phone #. Might have something to do with me working midnight shift and having not slept. Anyway, Thanks Turbine. Operator was friendly and professional and came up with a solution that has me happy.
