Hello
I paid 14.99 euro two weeks ago for 1600 turbine points via bank transfer and i still didnt get the points. It said that it needs 6 days to checkout but it is more than two weeks now. I did everything i was supposed to, i put the payment reference number in the description field. Money was send from my account and never came back. Please help. Any help would be appreciated.

Turbine does not accept bank transfer directly for Turbine Points. If you used a bank transfer to purchase points, it would have been through an alternate payment service. You will need to contact that payment service directly for more information about what happened with your order.
