I'm a prem account so i don't have the arti so i made a rouge mechanic. So which leads me to my question what shoud i do from level 4 (I have the level four start) to 6 should i wast a feat on two weapon style or should i run around throwing a returning dagger (Which i do now) Thanks

You'll be 6 in no time, so I'd go sword and shield (AC at low levels is actually pretty helpful) until you get your repeater feats. Throwing dagger is definitely NOT the way to go.

If I'm not mistaken, pure Rogues are not proficient in shields. If I'm wrong, grab a buckler and the best rapier you can find until you can start using repeaters.

You have a free feat exchange from Locania in the Marketplace, so you could always swap TWF for something you'll need after you hit lvl 6.

It's not a bad idea to take Exotic Weapon Proficiency: Heavy Repeater and Rapid Reload with 2 of the feats you get. If you're human, Precise Shot, Point Blank Shot and Toughness are good choices for your extra feat.

That will allow you to take the feats you'll need for ranged combat without a lot of switching and repeaters are strongest at low level. You'll be much more effective with a Heavy Repeater than with any other choice. You'll get light repeaters at level 6 through your PrE, but it's good to have both. Just remember to switch out your feat before leveling to 12. You can use the free feat exchange from Lockania or a dragonshard if you've acquired one of the right level by then. If the enhancement pass is finally released and includes an easier way to get repeater proficiency, you can switch out feats at that point as well.
