Spell Resistance and Bard Songs

Hi, everyone.

I've been (slowly) leveling a Virtuoso bard (Dextepenta on Argonnessen), and have started noticing that some mobs appear to have Spell Resistance (as well as Will saves) to my Fascinate and Enthrall. According to this page, bard songs are not subject to a spell resistance check.

So...

Are they now subject to spell resistance checks, and this is working as intended? Or is this a bug?

Will saves are supposed to happen (Although perform scores can get so high that they are usually auto-succeed 95% of the time). Spell resistance I'm pretty sure is not, nor have i heard anything about changes to that mechanic.

Note which enemies are getting SR, and do some testing. Double check your combat logs to make sure that it is actually your songs they are Spell Resisting. Take a screenshot of the logs, and post all that info so that you have a) irrefutable proof, and b) just about everything a dev needs to look into and correct the matter.
