Price Check and Question on drops for +8 Stat items

Not sure if this is the right place but yeah... lets see...

I pulled a +8 Dex Ring of +13 balance (ML24) From Thorn and Paw Epic normal, <--- Price check? What's it worth?

And the question... are people pulling +8 stats on accessories? or other items? How common are they? I haven't really seen anything like this in AH, so putting it out there for all you ENDGAME grinders.... Is this all that rare?

+8 Items aren't super-rare, but they're also not an every chest drop. I've vendored several +8s in the last week, and have seen guildies pull an equal number as well. They seem to only drop with suffixes that grant skill bonuses (if anyone can dispute this, I would not only appreciate it, but I would be excited that these items CAN drop with useful abilities). The fact that yours is a ring will definitely give it some value, but it certainly isn't a super-rare drop worth tons of loot.

+8s sell slowly for 40-100k on the AH. Rings might do slightly better.

Good combinations (such as 13 Balance as a kicker) might get a bit more, and large slotted +8s carry a massive premium.

So I guess this ring would be worth roughly 200k? maybe a bit more? Since it's +8 on a ring and still has fairly useful kicker right? Good to know...
