Fred bug? Not swapping Deity feats?

IIRC, there was a patch a while ago that stated you could now swap deities using a placeholder feat (soul searching?) at Fred. Never wanted to do it until now, but Fred offers nothing for swapping when I drop a deity feat into the slot.

Am I doing something wrong -- perhaps the swap isn't at Fred but at a temple somewhere?

There was a game-wide feat upgrade a while ago (few months???), and a bug with Fred that older characters - with pre-upgrade feats - could not swap any feats at Fred until they Reincarnated.

How old is your alt?
