LF an Offensive Caster FVS build

Hey all, I just got finished rerolling characters that didn't do so hot with the new updates. One of which is an offensive caster FVS, but the build i made seemed to be less fun and more tedious than i had expected. I was wondering if someone could help me make a FVS that can do very decent (if not great) damage, as well as having high DCs. The build has to be 32pt and cannot be either of the half-races. Casting builds for Favored Souls are deceptively simple. Here's the most common build:

Human 32 pt build
Str 10
Dex 8
Con 16
Int 8
Wis 18
Cha 12

Feats (order is pretty flexible)
1 Toughness
1 Maximize
3 Extend (swap for Spell Pen later)
6 Empower
9 Spell Focus: Evocation
12 Heighten
15 Quicken
18 Greater Spell Focus: Evocation
21 Greater Spell Pen
24 Epic Spell Pen

Pre level 12 is boring. Melee or healbot, your choice. Check Impaqt's threads on Evoker Favored Souls for better information - even his older one is still relevant.

With decent gear from Eveningstar, it's easy to get a evocation DC of 41 and a Spell Pen of 37, which is acceptable for EH. With twists and a Spell Pen IX item that can be a DC of 46 and a Spell Pen of 42, which will pretty well let you rule any content other than EE. A lot of people will try to tell you that first life Evokers can't cast, but if you're competent enough to know what spell to use for what situation you'll do fine.

(epic) Torc (definitely worth the hassle)
Greensteel SP item (goggles with concordant opposition is an option of course)
Holy Symbol of Lolth (covers all but Devotion and Combustion)
Signet of the Shining Sun
Skiver/Greenblade
