Hello everyone.

I have had a hankering for making a tank and I think I need some advice and help.

Goals:
1 - Self healing
2 - 32 point build, out of the box, no need to grind for gear to tank that raid stile. I can tank while playing the game. Tomes (+3), anything craftable, easy stuff to get is all OK.
3 - can DPS when tanking and when there is a better tank it will not be a drain on party resources.
4 - deals with trash easily!
5 - does all the tanky stuff. Low incoming damage, holds agro.

Thoughts...
18 pally/2 monk at first glance seams to have what I need.
1im thinking stacking up heal amp and use quicken + emp heal and/or maximize for self healing. I am having difficulties with feats.

PA or CE (with 10 int + 3 tome)- both?

Shield mastery
imp shield mastery ... are these even worth it?

Epic:
overwhelming critical.
+ 1?


Full plate or light armor for evasion?
should I run stunning fist + 3 twf feats for trash?
I like cleaves for AOE agro and trash AoE dmg.

How does this toon play, is there a better out-of-the-box tank that someone has?
