    Default /spawn

    Usage:
    Spawns every monster in the quest, including bosses.

    Purpose:
    It seems like "I spent 40 (million) minutes on this quest and got to the end and the [boss monster]/[monster that had to be killed to progress] didn't spawn so I had to start over or submit a ticket (and a puppy was killed)" comments are becoming more frequent. This command solves them.

    Concerns:
    Griefing. Limit use to party leader only?
    Zerging, especially for quests where we are supposed to wait for spawns. Who cares?
    Makes it harder for people to catch up. Get to the quest on time?

    I think it would be a great addition and everyone would be happy (and the puppy would be truly resurrected).
