    Default noob bard question

    the way to get spells in your spellbook is to choose the spell when you lvl? so you cant learn from a scroll?

    Yes, as a Bard you can only learn (or change) your spells at the Bard Trainer. Many bards learn the UMD skill though so they can cast almost any spell from a scroll that way.

    Only wizards get Inscribe scroll feat.

    Anyway, remember you can talk with your trainer in order to swap spells; it involves gold and it triggers a lengthy cooldown (ca. 3 days).

    Blood of Dragons allows bypassing standard timer.
