Missing purchased pets.

I pre-purchased "Menace of The Underdark Collectors Edition." Until the recent update I had my pets (spider, wolf, and panther), but they are now gone. I have seen a few other threads along a similar vein, and would like to know at least if you are working to figure out why they are gone, and how to replace them. I payed quite a bit of money for that edition, and do not want to see part of it wasted.

Note: I did recently purchase pets I was otherwise lacking, and that I did not lose. Bats, renders, kobolds, etc... I have only lost my spider, wolf, and panther.
