Cleric gear at level 20+, need help

I play mostly melee characters but I do have a level 20 cleric and level 20 FVS. Right now their scores in the various types of magic is really bad.

What items should I be looking for? Both named and random? Both currently wear Epic Calvary plate and have Torcs, green blades and the daggers from the cove. FVS is an Evoker build. The cleric is a radiant servant.


Please help me equip these poor divine casters

Radiance weapons give you bonus light/alignment damage; the corresponding clicky is Brilliance. You want the highest value you can get for your DPs. Radiance lore currently appears to only be on lootgen armours and shields. Devotion for healing spells (clicky is Ardor). You could get a Healing Lore item, but I'd not rely on your heals critting. For your Blade Barrier/Cometfall, use Impuse (clicky is Impact). Force crit was bugged last I heard and didn't work on BB--you may have to use Arcane Lore. If you don't like swapping items, general Potency works, and can be Cannith crafted in lots of slots, or you can grabbed named items like the Seal of Szind or Holy Symbol of Lolth.

If you do CC, you should also do a search for Necromantic/Enchantment Mastery weapons. I've got a Potency of Enchantment and Radiance of Necromantic pair; it really cuts down on the amount of gear I have to carry.

I wouldn't worry too much about what your character sheet shows. It doesn't include maximise/empower.

caster sticks are easy to find, the +5 devotion of healing mastery type with 100+ devo on it.

if you dont like using a caster stick, the epic sacred helm/band set gives +90 to devo power, or you can slot +78 onto a tod ring.
if you have the new pack, the Wall of Wood shield gives a devo bonus too.
none of those bonuses stack, of course.

the amaumtor set is pretty terrible, but its a pretty good "introduction to epic gear" set. the commendations are easy to get - just run unquiet graves over and over. people are usually happy to pass the cleric the cleric commendations.

theres no good heavy armor in the game for clerics, unfortunately. seems they completely forgot clerics wear heavy armor and made all the divine armor medium for FvS. so that sucks. but, the terrorweb chitin breastplate isnt terrible at all. or, if you're hardcore, you can try to made some dragonplate.

greensteel weapons are still nice. you could even put a devotion bonus here.

as said, any of the tod sets for clerics are still nice.

templars bulwark or the epic weathered targe are nice shields. or if you wanted to use a staff, the luminous truth is nice.

I never ran epics prior to MotU so I don't have any of the old-school epic gear. Would love to get Wall of Wood for the shield spot.
