They're all BTCoE since the only way to get them is in a chest at the moment. The optional you have to do to get to them is ridiculous at anything higher than normal, so I don't expect to see many L24 or L25 shields floating around.

There are no ML25 version. Epic Elite is ML24.

And they are all BtCOE.
