I am not really one for doing things like this. I do not really enjoy solo'ing in order to say "hey look what I can do". I do a lot of solo just for things I need in terms of gear and farming and love being able to go off on my own and do these things without needing a group.
I recently reviewed my healer/caster dps druid and found it to be far better than what most people have been saying. And even found it to be stronger, in some areas, than a FvS. (Full review can be found here - http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=389292).
Anyway, someone in that thread challanged me to do as the FvS's have and solo the MotU quests on EE to prove druids can do it. So I gave it a try. I did Beyond the Rift, Impossible Demands and Unquiet Graves on EE. At this point I got bored of it and cannot be bothered to do the rest because, Soloing EE like this is far more about players skill, experiance and knowledge of a quest. I am not saying it can be done on any class or any gimp toon, but their is a point where things stop becoming about the build and more about the player.
Anyway I used Draconic destiny and 1 pot whilst doing these 3 quests. I hope it does show people that a druid can match other casters in solo play, as well as dps and healing. You just have to learn to play it like a Druid. They are different from the other casters so don't play it like them!
p.s. Just for the record, I do NOT melee. Never. No way shape or form. Pure caster I am.
Beyond the Rift - 1 pot (1 death thanks to the spell ward right near the shrine. Doh!)
Impossible Demands - 0 pots. (One death on the optional named room.) Completion was not 7mins. Was about 30mins tops.
Unquiet Graves - 0 pots
