They already do that... those selected quests are called Raids.

im sure you know what he means. And to the op i actually like the idea. When i played pnp we always had like 7-8 people in the group. Heck i play mutants and masterminds now and have like 7 people in the group. It would be cool to have an option for that, and with how scaling is, they would make it tougher on a quest.
You know what the chain of command is? It's the chain I go get and beat you with 'til ya understand who's in ruttin' command here.
i dunno.... most of the quests will be too crowded and be rendered way too easy if you have so many people in there... o_O
