I'm a relatively new player trying to Reincarnate my Fighter 3/Rogue 2 because the rogue levels just aren't worth it, and since I created him before unlocking 32-pt build, a +1 greater reincarnate seemed worth the price. I could at least get him down to F4/R1, increase his stats a little, and keep the Tome effects I'd already bought (learning & ability).
Unfortunately I had problems remembering at which levels I took which class, and ended up changing one of my fighter levels to rogue instead, so he's going to end up F2/R3, quite the opposite of what I had intended to pay for. I tried opening an in-game ticket to ask if this could be undone as long as I stayed on the airship -- I'd be happy to be sent back to square one in the reincarnate process just to undo the mistake.
My ticket was closed with no feedback except that "the functionality is working as intended" (I never said the functionality was broken).
It's sad that even paying for VIP status I can't get any help with a mistake like this, especially since I wasn't given an outline of what my original class leveling had looked like. I guess they would rather I spend more money on additional reincarnations (and weeks of time) to undo my mistake. Even though I already spent money on tomes and storage options for this character, I'm tempted now to just delete him completely and start from scratch.
My opinion of DDO support has certainly gone downhill from this.
