Unhappy Mesed up +1 greater reincarnate

I'm a relatively new player trying to Reincarnate my Fighter 3/Rogue 2 because the rogue levels just aren't worth it, and since I created him before unlocking 32-pt build, a +1 greater reincarnate seemed worth the price. I could at least get him down to F4/R1, increase his stats a little, and keep the Tome effects I'd already bought (learning & ability).
Unfortunately I had problems remembering at which levels I took which class, and ended up changing one of my fighter levels to rogue instead, so he's going to end up F2/R3, quite the opposite of what I had intended to pay for. I tried opening an in-game ticket to ask if this could be undone as long as I stayed on the airship -- I'd be happy to be sent back to square one in the reincarnate process just to undo the mistake.
My ticket was closed with no feedback except that "the functionality is working as intended" (I never said the functionality was broken).
It's sad that even paying for VIP status I can't get any help with a mistake like this, especially since I wasn't given an outline of what my original class leveling had looked like. I guess they would rather I spend more money on additional reincarnations (and weeks of time) to undo my mistake. Even though I already spent money on tomes and storage options for this character, I'm tempted now to just delete him completely and start from scratch.
My opinion of DDO support has certainly gone downhill from this.

Could go three more levels of rogue and do assassin 1 will end up with something like 4d6 extra damage in sneak attack.. You don't want agro with that build though, dosnt help much if you solo.. Will also give you quite a bit of a chance to max out UMD, and even if you dumped intel you should still be able to get at least search and DD high enough to do some traps I would think

I know this dosnt help with the wasted +1 heart.. But maybe you can make use of it

Also I'm pretty sure there is text telling you what class you took at that level as you are releveling on the boat though it's written in fluff and not a straight out chart..

Yes you are out of luck as it is, even account or sales support will kindly note that sales are final.
You may want to still file that ticket to make them know they have this issue.
(it may be a player's issue but it is still an issue, and can improve upon)

For the record in-game support would not repair broken stuff or help with bugs.
You can still find them helpful in other ways, including informative.
For example begin asking who you must contact to fix the issue, not ask them to fix the issue themselves.
Sometimes they indeed volunteer to fix the issue but in general you can try to reduce the chance for a canned response.

As for the issue of being able to mess up a reinc, yeah this can surely be improved.
While on the boat there's absolutely no need to not being able to undo or start again.
I gather it has to do with the mechanic of taking a level being permanent.
However, they can add something like an NPC option to reapply the heart.
Naturally you'll be locked in the ship till you finish taking the levels.

Thanks everyone. What got me mixed up was the first question from the lady in the boat (for advancing to L2). There were basically 2 choices -- one related to being a fighter, the other choosing your own path. I assumed that was related to the class "paths" and since I had been using customized, I selected "my own path." I think now that is supposed to be the option for stating you want to change from what you originally leveled as.

I've gone over the Turbine Point costs, and two more +1 lesser hearts (and two weeks time) to restore this character to what I want is still cheaper than losing the tomes and character-bound storage items I'd already purchased for him.
