RoSS epic materials still on loot tables?

Ok, so I realize this is ultra rare however I heard a rumor that the Seal for the Ring of Spell Storing may not even exist anymore.
Anyone pull the Seal or Shard for this within the last year? Could a Dev respond and confirm these are still on the loot tables?
I don't mind that the odds are incredibly slim however if they don't exist I'd rather skip the wild goose chase.

I can confirm that I pulled a Seal of the Ring of Spell Storing from a side chest in EADQ 1 about ~2 months ago.

You don't need a scroll for it. Just trade in any 3 random desert scroll and the epic vendor will trade a ROSS scroll for it.

No need to be jealous. Just get a real life job and earn real life cash. It may be much easier and faster than assembling that epic ROSS.

With that cash, you can buy all the Mnemonic potions that you will ever need on the DDO store!
