Just used free LR and stuck on boat at level 3 going to level 4. 1 skill points only as a bard with 8 int, should have 5. Submitted ticket and bug report and sadly no response. Any ideas ? Anyone know the free phone number to call them ?

I used a free LR yesterday,
I had to quit game & restart, that did it for me.
Don't know of that helps, gl.

Quitting client is about only thing i have not done yet. Will give it a go, thanks. Sadly, just tried this and still no luck. Still no response from support, which i don't expect due to KNOWN reasons.

Not a known issue
Finally contacted by IG support and this is not a known issue. REALLY ?!?!?? Its only been reported many times and "fixed" the broken again. So character is unusable for the forseeable future. Thanks for paying for nothing. VIP bug, no its a FEATURE !

just updating this as directed yet again by support. take in game problems to the foruns to be buried and then told WAI. character is screwed due to 1 skill point on a bard from lvl 3 onward. if they ( devs ) feel its not WAI it might get taken care of.
and i got no free astroglide.
