I think it should be like an SLA but for rouges, requires a 1 masterwork thieves tools. Will give people to roll a rogue, because currently rogues are gimp.

that may have some merit! ..... I mean image all the gimp rogues running around but carrying all the coolest end game loot. .... "hey hold up everyone ... I just need to use my eross and then i need to torque up a bit before the next fight."
