Devs - Planning to fix acrobat?

Bug reported through the website both of these issues tonight:

1. Cleaves do not proc Glancing blows when wielding a Quarterstaff.
2. Cleave do not proc Doublestrikes when wielding a Quarterstaff.

Thats my latest QStaff build firmly wrecked atm :/

Thank you. There are many things we find out initially from bug reports, or only find out about much later if there aren't bug reports.

Today I asked QA if they could look into something and they said they had already started looking into it 10 minutes earlier because of a bug report. I also discovered a new bug today because I saw it listed as bugged on DDO Wiki. Unfortunately we never got a bug report on it or it would have been fixed sooner.

We do look at and want bug reports. It doesn't always mean anything in particular will be fixed immediately. But while we are unaware of a problem it almost certainly won't be fixed.

I admire your patience you have to deal with all of these people.

I know there are issues in getting the bug reporting tool to open, but that aside is anyone looking into issues where people may hit submit on a bug report and yet it never reaches you guys?
I am sure there of plenty "I bug reported it" people that never do but it seems like more and mroe bugs and getting through the bug reporting tool. Is there an issure where bug reports are submitted but never received? Yes I know, how do you know about something that doesn't happen but may be worth looking into.

Perhaps even a bug report number. I thought it rather odd that the bug response email doesn't include some kind of tracking number even though it says specifically there will be no further feedback.
