Missing tomes while LRing

Ok. My cleric monk has eaten a +2 Int tome, and +3 on all others.

I'm trying to LR him in a manner that enables him to use Whirling Steel Strike.

There's a problem though. I'm discovering that he's not meeting attribute prereqs for basic things like TWF, Power Attack and the like.

Take a wild guess why? Because my EXPENSIVE tomes aren't reapplying. Not to mention that my LR is ruined. I expect a satisfactory conclusion here (by satisfactory, I mean my intended swap of a few feats fits together legitimately as planned as my tomes properly reapply).

A few of those things were purchased with Turbine Points dangit!

What are your starting stats and at what levels are you trying to take which feats?

The tomes don't fully apply till the appropriate level.

So you'll get +1 at level 3
+2 at level 7
+3 at level 11
+4 at level 15
