Monster Manual Vol. 2

Just attempted to buy the monster manual vol. 2 from the ddo store, i couldn't find it in the new items section so i looked at the monster manual page and attempted to buy it from there. In the bottom left had of the window there was a link which opened up a ddo store page which allowed me to purchase it. Using the quick check out method i bought it and the page reloaded giving me the "This offer is not available for purchase at this time." message. When i went back to the monster manual the new vol. had not been added and there was still a ddo store sign over top of the vol.2 icon in the bottom left hand corner.

Few notes:
My points were take, you can check in the purchase history
I can view item in the ddo store by following the same link in the monster manual and setting the store to show all items

If this is a known issue can someone point me towards a thread

You have to log out and back in for it to appear in the manual. Happened to me and one of my guildies.

Awesome, i feel kind of stupid that should have been the first thing i did when it didn't work
