Not bad but not great.
Problem with the staff is that it has resonance not something that is actually useful to endgame questing. I would expect the value to be on the lower side of 100-400kpp so basically a LDS or two. I would seriously doubt anyone offering more than that because of Twilight in the new raid offering +3 to both conjuration and enchantment plus other goodies. At best this is a placeholder for someone waiting for that staff.
Might also help to say what things you're looking for: tomes, scales, ingredients etc. to let people make educated offers if you are really interested in selling.
