"Misc. Items" Bags

For years, the player-base has asked for "spell component" bags. As an alternative, I'd like to propose that there be a "Misc. Items" bag that not only holds spell components, but all the other 'little' things like planar shards, outsider tokens, dragonshard essences, sigil fragments (from the Restless Isles), "non-gem" 'gems', etc. - any of the "small" items that can be turned-in that are not classified as collectibles or ingredients (even if they are BtC or BtA) and don't already have a dedicated container to hold them (like the various items in the Necropolis have).

Of course, it would also be nice if the "non-fragment" form of the Siberys and Khyber dragonshards could also be put in a bag - maybe even the "Misc. Items" bag.

BUT I and any others have asked this many, many, many times for at least 4 of the 6+ years the game's been around. We've never received a "no", "maybe" or a "yes" indication in any way at all.

What I would like with the bags is for the larger full-ish bags to stop jumping around the list of contents whenever you remove or deposit anything. Even taking one item out of the bottom of the bag makes the list jump to somewhere in the middle. It's only a second or two to drop back but it's really pointless and quite irritating the 10th time in a row.
