New monster manual

Hi!

Did try to buy the monster manual from the DDO store, but the first time i tried i got a error after some time that it failed to completed the transaction. So i tried again but it failed to. The strange thing is that it did take TurbinePoints 2x the second time wile i still dident even get it. So i went and had a look at the mail and got 2 messages saying i did buy the same think. Is there a way to make this item work? Or is it that monster manual is a "Im Rich" typ of buy but Turbine style?

I had a simluar issue, but only bought the thing oncce. I logged for the night and came back and had what I paid for. If you try that and still dont try calling turbine support (don't mess around with the on-line services), they have been good to friends of mine about giving back points in situaltions simular to this.
