Looking for, or to form, a quasi-casual group

Hi all - so like the title says, I'm looking to get together with some folk to run content. Here's my deal - I like questing, exploring, all that jazz, and am in a guild with a few IRL friends. But their playstyle doesn't quite fit mine - they're largely end-game raiders who, when leveling, tend to focus on xp and zerging content. As a premium player, I can't really maintain a bravery streak unless I'm riding their coattails, so I've learned to not care about it too much. But most of my guildies do, so when we do anything, its always opened on elite, and we either zerg it or fail trying (after getting a stone of xp dropped on me, I'm severely under-geared for the content we're doing). That, or I tend to play alone because my characters are too low level to play with them (I was away from the game for a long time).

Now, don't get me wrong, I don't want to leave the guild - friends are friends after all - but am looking for something on the side - mostly with my alts. Some folk who enjoy playing the game at a less frantic pace and enjoy doing the often undone quests and/or packs (or, at least, the ones you never see advertised on the group panel). I'm eager to get a group of such people together, either through a shared player-created channel, or perhaps a smallish alt-guild.

A guildie of mine and I are about to TR soonish (in 1 week). Mostly playing gmt+1 late afternoons and nights.
Some info about our gameplay.

• Diversity, we probably try to fit in as many quests as possible in each level range.
• We gonna need more xp per level (both first TRs), that means if you are busy occasionally, you still have a better chance to keep up with us.
• RL issues first, *dad asking your help for 15mins?*, all good, just keep us informed.
• Communication is key, and expected, ie: tell the team if you are about to go afk and approx when you are coming back.
• Mature behaviour, if you feel furious due to some ingame event, its time for a break.
• Your loot is yours, sharing class specific goodies, esp bound ones - are appreciated, and expect the same in return.
• Forcing things is not our way, if we fail utterly we move on -or- pick a lower setting. Attemping a bravery run most of the time, no pressure however to keep it going all the way.
• We are only moderately well equipped, playing versatile as much as possible.

Party is so far:
Multiclass Paladin - my friend.
Monk (ninja) - me
Hireling support in ceirtan quests.

Thanks for the response! I think we would be a great match, with the exception of time zones - Totally my fault for not mentioning it too, but I'm mostly EST evenings, so roughly 2-6 AM your time, give or take. But add me to your friends list if your so inclined, and drop me a line sometime - thus, in the off-chance I log early-ish my-time (kids typically prevent me from logging before their bedtime ) and see you around, I'll get in touch.

As for keeping up, I have characters across the level spectrum, more or less - 4, 5, 10, 11, and 17 - so most content can be reached with at least one of my characters...
