    Default Back after a long hiatus, but...

    So, after a long period away, I was going to come back to the game, but as I tried to log into the launcher, my name and password combination wasn't working. It was odd because I use variables of only a handful of passwords.
    So I try to reset it, but the email isn't getting to any of my active email accounts. I don't think I had a separate one for DDO, but I guess it's possible.

    I doubt there's anything to be done about it, but I did have a couple of adventure packs purchased, so I don't want to start over (my current budget is too tight to re-invest.)

    Is there anything that can be done about this or am I completely out of luck?

    Two things you can do, double check that the email isn't in the spam filter, another option would be to contact them directly. You can find info about that in this post:

    I did check spam folders, but nothing in them.

    I submitted a ticket regarding my PW issue with my old account and now, 3 days later, I still have no reply.
    Does it usually take this long?

    From everything I've read here on the forums, your best bet at getting your issues resolved would be to phone their customer service and talk to a real person. Also if you used a credit card for that account then they should be able to help you much easier.
