    Default Wizard Docents, Feather... Where?

Where are they? I see the Stone Heart, which can have +8 INT/CHA (and everything else). But where's our +3 Insightful INT/CHA Docent?

I see you've given fleshies (in this case, Pale Masters) a +3 Insightful INT Robe (Shufarix Chest) designed for casters. But why did you forget the WF casters? I know you don't play Warforged much (http://forums.ddo.com/showpost.php?p...4&postcount=16), but let's not forget about Archmages and WF Sorcs, eh?

How about a docent to replace the Epic Diabolist's Docent? Suggestion:

    Spider Carapace Docent:

One of the following: +8 INT, +8 CHA, +3 Insightful INT, +3 Insightful CHA
All of: Epic Conjuration Focus, Concentration +15, Potency 72, Wizardry X.

You know, I really just can't feel bad for you right now. I play a cleric. There wasn't a single named item in MOTU with devotion on it (that I have found).

The highest named/epic item in the game with Devotion on it is the Epic Sacred Band/Helm set, which, when worn in conjunction, is supposed to add +90 spellpower (holy letdown). It doesn't work, of course.

It's particularly bad for a cleric, since I don't think there was a single named shield. Even the Clerics of Aumantor hand out medium armor clearly designed for Favoured Souls.

Well, you're supposed to be holding a stick if you want a lot of positive Spellpower these days, so don't expect that to change. Gone are the days of the the divines wielding great DPS weapons while maintaining great positive Spellpower.

You'd think they would have given us a nice named stick to work for at least. Shopping for epic gear on the AH isn't very much fun. Especially when random lootgen is all the devs saw fit to give you with an expansion.

This is the position everybody is pretty much in, with regards to Spell Power, now. This isn't a divine only thing.

There are a lot more named items that have elemental spell power on them then there are items with spell power useful for a divine. Just look at the Cannith challenges, you can get a single item there with 90 spell power and the corresponding superior lore AND it also has two slots and a few other nice doo-dads (like blurry and dodge 3 on the bracers for example).

It's definitely much MUCH worse for divines.

That being said, and in attempt to not derail your thread, I agree, warforged have really gotten the shaft compared to fleshies, need to have a few more docent options

Yeah, and probably because Feather, who doesn't play WF, is in charge of loot now.

Maybe your day will come , that being said theres a few docents to name in game that give effects and such that would be nearly impossible to fit on a fleshy , Maybe your turn will be next !!

    Sculpted Body

    Usage: Passive
    Prerequisite: Warforged
Description: Your creator designed you to conform more closely to a living humanoid body type. You lose your Light Fortification feat but have 0% arcane spell failure chance and gain the ability to wear robes and armor.

This feat is free at character creation and may be chosen instead of Composite Plating. Characters with this feat cannot benefit from Body Plating feats, but a warforged can change his body type by talking to Fred.

Note: Characters with this feat gain no Armor Bonus from equipped docents. Enhancement bonuses to armor class from item enchantments apply normally.

Looking at the new raid loot for casters, an evoking enchanter it seems.

Yes, this does get on my nerves too, Stone Heart just isn't as good as the robes for any class. That said, you can wear that and a +3 ring to get the same bonus.

I'm still wearing Quorforged personally. There's just nowhere else to slot Superior False Life nowadays.

A nice shield with devotion is coming up tomorow with the update. +114 devotion on the epic elite version!!

It's not like we had an abundance of named docents before (and more than 4 or 5 that were any good, period). And I'm not holding my breath for new ones unless Feather figures out some kind of ridiculous brony inside joke for docents.

Yep a nice wooden shield clearly designed for druids. I'll be able to continue to piecemeal my cleric's gear from stuff designed for optimal use for other classes. Medium armor and wooden shields oh boy.
Doesn't surprise me. Clerics are free to play, druids and FVS aren't.

As if making it a wooden shield somehow reduces the utility for clerics. ***? Are you seriously arguing that its not a cleric shield unless its metal?
