Default So I unlocked 2 adventure packs 3 times

Will I get back the TP or I can kiss goodbye to it?

If the TP was actually deducted from your account for a pack 3 times (you can check under Account History in the DDO Store) then you will be able to get your TP back, by contacting Account Support via a ticket since these are supposed to be only purchasable once.

You mean something like you bought a pack then bought a bundle that included the pack you bought , then got the Xpack and that included the pack as well ?

Been there done that and no you don't get a refund/credit.

I would love to be able to get a credit or even be able to gift they pack to a friend. Heck I'd be happy to just get something like 5 guest passes for the double bought packs.

Heck even 3 GPs would be nice.

I'm assuming this is due to the store lag thing that happened the other day; I managed to buy an adventure pack twice as well.

I know I need to submit a ticket on the support website, and I've done this, but it's been nearly 2 days with no response other than an automated one. Does anyone know what option I should be selecting in the support form, because the automated response I got didn't seem to bear any relation to the ticket I submitted. (Though I did reply to it anyway with all the details of the situation. I haven't got any response to that, though.)

I'm just annoyed because I really want those TP back, and I feel like I ought to get them, given it was due to a store glitch.

Exactly what happened to me. But how can it happen when it cannot happen? Especially since more than 1300 TP can really hurt.

For issues such as these, please contact the Account Support department directly (it sounds like some of you already have).

Account Support tickets submitted through the website are processed in the order they are received. Please bear with us while the Account Support team works through the queue and gets to your tickets, as they've seen an increase in volume due to this weekend's Store issues.

Just posting to say that I got the points back now, for which I was so grateful that I promptly spent them all on cheap adventure packs. Thanks to the support team.
