free lesser R taken away!?!?

WTP??? when did they take away the free lesser reincarnation from Kruz??? and why was no one told it would be removed?? i read the dev tracker daily and scan the other forums as well, did i mess something or did turbine pull a shady one again?? I would LOVE AN OFFICIAL DEVELOPER RESPONSE TO THIS and not just a bunch of speculation form the forumites. pls and ty

It would be hard for someone to give you an official response when your post has no details on what exactly happened. Some things that might be helpful to know.

Was the character created before or after the expansion.
Had this character ever done a LR before? (If so was it before or after the expansion)
What exactly happens when you go to kruz?

Anything else that could help narrow down what your talking about and what happened.

she was created around the beginning of july, never LR'd her before, went to Kruz today and the free LR option was gone from his dialog and the buy heart ddostore screen popped up

The free LR is only for characters made before the expansion, so that would be where your problem lies.

Just took a guildie to Kruz today and he had no issues getting his Lesser Res.

It's one Free Lesser Res per character - You're sure you haven't already used it on that character?

If you haven't then it's a bug that you should report.

The release notes for update 15 state that it will fix the issue where characters created AFTER MOTU was released did not correctly receive their free LR. Characters created before the MOTU pac have theri LR (assuming they didn't already use it.).
