Yes.
I have no problem with this item, and just see the usual suspects complaining uselessly about yet another nonissue.

Yes
I don't c this item as p2w at all. It's pure convience. Store needs more items like this
Shadowsteel [TR train wreck]
Yes. It will help small guilds keep their toons in sync and able to raid together.
Yes.
Selling things in the store funds the game. The more other people spend, the less I have to in order to keep the game running and receiving updates. This is not truly pay-to-win because they still have to do 100% of the work to get their items. They simply are not required to experience pointless delays. The worst that will happen is that the people you play with will be better geared than they would be otherwise since they have run more raids. This is not a free-for-all PvP game. When your fellow players are better equipped that helps you. It is not a bad thing.
No, but I'll deal with it.

Yes. Id like to see a reincarnation timer bypass as well

No.
Either Raid Timers serve a meaningful purpose or they don't. The purpose shouldn't be to facilitate a recurring "Toll Road" access to content we've already paid for. ViP's pay a toll every month for All-Access. And Premiums have purchased All-Access to specific content. At least, that what we've been led to believe.
Toll-Roading our content when it does not serve a meaningful purpose will not be good for the game.
Yes
No. If it's ok for it to be on a shorter time period then just make it a shorter time period for everybody.
When I first read about this I liked the idea because I often don't seem to have my play times + available raids mesh well with the 3 day timer. But then I thought... if it's ok to get 20 completions in a day... then it should be OK without spending Turbine points on it.
Reduce or remove the timer and make cooler looking armor or let us decorate our airships and pay TP for decorations or something if you want more stuff in the store. Don't make us pay because new content makes some old raid timers less needed for balance.
YES!
Why? Because frankly (your name) I don't really give a ****!
In short, yes.
I like having the option. If I'm on my 19th completion and getting my 20th makes me particularly tumescent then I'll buy one.
Odds are I'll never buy one, but the option is nice.
Yes, and I hope they sell them in packs of 5 and 10+ for discounts.
Also, please add ransack timer resets.
Turbine please take my money.
No. I dislike this change.
But I'm not surprised, and I suppose I'll learn to deal with this P2W change, too.

Squarely in the "Don't really care" camp. I would never use it but I know people who would which means no impact to my gameplay except Turbine getting more money to make more things I do care about.

Dunno if it's been mentioned yet, but it seems to me the only direct impact on players who do not buy these is a positive one: more raids being run means more opportunities for all, and also means more items being passed in chests.
Yes.
Because lets be real, charging a one nominal fee for content is not going to keep this game going, thus funds need to come from somewhere to fix all the screw ups in what they should have put out correctly to start with.
