I will try to post this in English to reach a wider variety of players. As English is not my native language please try to ignore mistakes.

I am actually adressing other players in this thread, not a GM. I already talked to one ingame, we couldn't find the mistake. But maybe someone else knows the problems or can point out what we forgot to check.

I want to swap a feat with Fred's help.
The Character in Question is a lvl9 Artificer and lvl1 Warrior. I got myself the needed Dragonshard, I do have the money to pay him.
When I talk to Fred the first problem occurring is him showing me only the last two acquired feats, not the older ones. Which is weird, because as far as I know one can swap them aswell.
The older one I want to swap is of less importancy, so I ignore that for the moment and try to swap the feat I took by mistake. (Manyshot just isn't that usefull for an Artificer)
I can move it into the "old feat" slot and get a (really, really) short "please wait" on the right side. Then: nothing. No feats are shown as possibilities. I had the freedom to choose when I took it, so I should have other options right now. But nothing there.
Therefore I cannot swap my feats. Neither the older ones, nor the new ones.

Did that occur to someone else? Does someone maybe have a solution for that?

Think I saw some accounts that could be related with problems swapping half-elf dilletante as well as multiple toughness feats.

Common denominator could be taking feats that previously was only possible to take at level 1 and/or feats that previously wasn't swappable. Almost like they brought back a old version of fred.

Is your character by any chance half-elf or warforged? Did you take a warforged body feat on a level other than the first one?

My character is Drow. But I took the now what is that feat called in english... warforged essence? The feat that allows you to heal with repair spells for 50% and get healing spells reduction by 25% And I didn't take it at lvl 1.

So this problem is known... but no solution yet?

Since MotU went live, Fred has had some issues.

Hopefully the issues are addressed w/ U15.

The feat is construct essence. (very close)

What feat were you trying to swap in?

Could you post a screen shot of what Fred is offering you? I haven't heard of any issues with construct essence which is why I am asking.

Manyshot you were trying to remove. At what level did you take it? (fred will say when)

I was trying to swap my manyshot (which I took at level 9, even though Fred won't tell me that) for Precision or Precise Shot (sorry, I always get those two confused).
And I was thinking about trading in my construct essence again. It was nice having it in the early levels (though I don't remember exactly when I took it), but I thought I could do better with something else. Not that I had a clear idea of what that could be.
Maybe thinking about the total character build before I start, would do me some good. I wouldn't even need Fred ^^

Oh, German player. Got it. (Please don't mind me, I don't mean anything rude by that. I just always find it interesting trying to help people in different parts of the world. But, with your case, I don't know how much we'll be able to help you.)

The "w/ U15" is short hand. "w/" = with. U15 is Update 15.
So, Fred has some fixes coming with Update 15.

I'm betting you were trying to take Precise Shot instead. Which you should have been able to, providing you took "Point Blank Shot" already.

Your screenshot worries me. It is saying you took Manyshot at level 1. That shouldn't be possible.

If your character was visable in myddo we could do some better guesses... But you may want to put in a tech support ticket as they could see your character easily. In this case even a GM may be able to help you.

I took point blank shot at Level 1. Manyshot at level 9, as you pointed out, level 1 isn't possible.

This hasn't been fixed with U15, and I wonder if it's just Artificers having issues (I also get a blank list for some feats, and not all feats are listed - but only on my arti).

I too am experiencing this very problem. Haven't tried all my other toons to see if all are affected by this or if the problem is specific to my Arti as with what Locus mentioned. I will check and amend my post if all my toons are affected. I did file a bug report as well.
