Default off-hand weapon effects and wild forms

Okay, first, I apologize. This information is undoubtedly in the forums somewhere, but I just can't find it.

I have 2 questions about druid damage while in animal forms.

    1. I understand that weapon effects such as holy are applied to attacks. Does this include effects on your off-hand item (weapon or shield)?

    2. I know there is a bug related to animal damage and monks. Assuming that these get fixed, are + 1 die step effects (such as monk active past life, garments of equilibrium, etc) intended to have a positive effect on animal damage?

Again, I apologize for being incapable of locating the information myself.

TYVM in advance for any responses.

    .
The off-hand effects such as backstabbing; seeker; stunning will still provide their effect as in two-handed fighting.

In winter wolf form (so should be 1d10) I see the 1.5[W] from reinforced fists:

The wolf form crit increase of 19-20x3 does apply (so only base damage bugged) and the critical bludgeon feat increases that further.
